INGLIS RACE SERIES - 2010 YEARLING SALE GRADUATES
A Race Series for two and three-year-olds comprising $2,600,000 in Bonuses and Select Sale Races for graduates of Inglis select yearling sales in 2010.
Inglis Race Series Breakdown
(To be run from October 2010 – May 2012 of 2 & 3yo season.)
METROPOLITAN, PROVINCIAL & COUNTRY BONUSES OF $100,000 OR $50,0000
Inglis have designated non stakes races in which a bonus will be paid should the winner be an Inglis Graduate nominated to the Inglis Race Series. Bonuses are worth either $50,000 or $100,000 each on top of prizemoney and on top of normal BOBS and VOBIS bonuses should they apply, hence making for a lucrative first prize.
SELECT INGLIS SALE RACES
- INGLIS JUVENILE - $250,000 Open to ALL nominated Graduates.
- INGLIS NURSERY - $250,000 Open to ALL nominated Graduates.
- INGLIS CLASSIC - $250,000 Open to nominated Classic Graduates
- INGLIS PREMIER - $250,000 Open to nominated Premier Graduates.
- INGLIS PLATE - $100,000 Open to nominated Autumn Graduates.
- INGLIS CHALLENGE - $100,000 Open to nominated Scone & Winter Graduates.
- INGLIS TROPHY - $100,000 Open to ALL nominated Graduates.
- INGLIS GUINEAS - Minimum $250,000* - Open to ALL nominated Graduates
*All monies paid into the series remaining after all the bonus races are run will be dispersed into the Inglis guineas to a maximum of $500,000. Leftover funds will be put towards additional bonus races (and/or Select Sale races as determined by Inglis).
TRAINERS BONUS
- $50,000 to the trainer with the most Inglis Race Series wins.
Nomination of 2010 yearling sale graduates
Nomination for the Inglis Race Series must be lodged with Inglis before 5pm on Friday, 30 July 2010. An acknowledgement of payment will be issued by Inglis upon request.
Entry to the 2010 Inglis Race Series is restricted to horses offered at the following nominated sales conducted by Inglis, subject to observance and performance of Inglis Conditions of Entry and Conditions of Sale.
Sydney Classic Yearling Sale – 24 & 25 January 2010
Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale - 1, 2, 3 & 4 March 2010
Australian Easter Yearling Sale – 6, 7 & 8 April 2010
Melbourne Autumn Yearling Sale – 22 & 23 April 2010
HTBA Scone Yearling Sale – 13 & 16 May 2010
Sydney Winter Yearling & Racehorse Sale – 27 June 2010
Any horse which is sold by auction or private treaty for any closed race sale other than the nominated sales conducted by Inglis is automatically ineligible for the 2010 Inglis Race Series regardless of its status prior to any such auction and any funds will be forfeited.

NOTE: The date, distance, venue and prizemoney of each race in the Inglis Race Series will be advised by Inglis on the Inglis Race Series Website and may be subject to change.
