WHAT : A $100,000 (0-82) Handicap for three-year-old colts, geldings and fillies run over 1400m, restricted to three-year-olds nominated to the Inglis Race Series. No allowances for apprentices.

The winning trainer of the 2012 Inglis Trophy will receive a set of Swarovski Optik EL 42 Swarovision binoculars valued at $3,000.
This race also carries a Super VOBIS bonus of $30,000 for qualified horses (Owner's bonus $23,000; Nominator's bonus $7,000).
