“There are always plenty of bargain’s picked out of Inglis Thoroughbred Sales and you only have to look back at Avienus who was purchased from this very Sydney Autumn Thoroughbred Sale for a fraction of her current value,” said
Avienus was purchased as an unraced three-year-old for $20,000 at the 2008 Inglis Sydney Autumn Thoroughbred Sale by Richard Anderson. The daughter of Reset has won $540,000 in prizemoney since, including a valuable Group Two victory.
The broodmare section includes daughters of Flying Spur, Royal Academy, Canny Lad and Street Cry plus stakes winner Sutton Review.
There is a good selection of racehorses in Friday’s catalogue including stakes placed Butt I’m Ready, city winners Apparitions and Pteryon, plus plenty unraced and lightly raced stock.
Printed catalogues will be available for collection at Newmarket from lunchtime on Thursday, March 8.
