Veterinary Reports

Overview: Below is a link to the EVA website that will allow registerd EVA vets to order Breeding Certificate booklets from the EVA.

Inglis encourage vets to use this EVA template however we will accept breeding certificates from individual vets as long as they contain all the relevant information required on a Breeding Certificate. This veterinary report is to be used by Veterinarians who have been instructed to complete a "Breeding Certificate" by vendors with maiden or barren mares entered in Inglis Auction sales.
